Shipping policy

It is possible USPS could be experiencing delays due inclement weather and COVID-19. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges the delay of ALL shipping methods including Priority/Express shipping.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM EST with Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Please note, once your order has been shipped, Dana Latease is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, reach out to your local post office with your tracking number.

The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

• Standard: Will arrive in 7-14 business days after processing and shipping
• Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping
